Stage 1 construction has commenced

We are pleased to announce that construction has commenced at Mullum Creek with sewer works in Stage 1 underway.  The construction of roads and services is scheduled to take around five months to complete. We expect title registration to take place mid-2015, with settlements to follow in accordance with the Contracts of Sale. With 29 sales to date from the 33 lots available in Stage 1, we are looking forward to existing Mullum Creek purchasers starting work on their new homes shortly after settlement.

Stage 2 land release is fast approaching
