Stage 2 on sale this weekend

If you would like to buy a homesite at Mullum Creek, this weekend is the chance to have your pick of the lots.

The final 23 lots in this last undeveloped parcel of land in Donvale will go on the market for the first time on Saturday 14th February, between 10am and 12pm, and Sunday 15th February between 11am and 1pm.

We’re thrilled at the level of interest in the Stage 2 release – the combination of Donvale’s leafy environment, the long creek frontage to the reserve and bike path, and the emphasis on sustainability have attracted a wonderful group of potential purchasers.

Stage 2 is entered from 122 Old Warrandyte Road, with the sales office in the old Mathews home set back on the hill. Prices range from $670,000 to $960,000.
Stage 2 sales process

Lots will be available for contracting on site on the 14th and 15th of February. In the event of multiple parties signing for the same lot on these days, a closed auction between the prospective purchasers will be held at the Jellis Craig Doncaster office on the 16th or 17th of February. The results of any auctions will be communicated to the parties involved by Wednesday 18th of February. Successful bidders will be required to pay a 10% deposit on this date.

The draft Contract of Sale, draft Vendor’s Statement (Section 32) and draft lot plans and building envelopes can be viewed on the Mullum Creek website – www.mullumcreek.com.au. Final versions of these documents will be uploaded on Thursday.

Please note that Mullum Creek lot plans and building envelopes apply to all lots; lots 5-15, 22 & 23 are subject to Council envelope requirements as well. Therefore the requirements of both sets of building envelopes must be met on lots where both apply. Final Mullum Creek lot plans will show the requirements of both sets of envelopes. These will available on Thursday.
